When you must stop
Stop and ask before any public or irreversible action: publishing to a client account, sending to a client, spending, or anything you are not explicitly permitted to do. When unsure, ask — asking is never a mistake.

State the task, what you are about to do, and the specific decision you need confirmed. Attach the approved source you are working from.
